Well, I just received the email from the Dirty Show, in Detroit; and they have chosen one of Dud’s pieces!  You may recall I entered four of his works for consideration after they made an exception to their “created by date rule.”

The four pieces are shown above.

Sometime in October they announced they would accepting entries for the 2009 Tenth anniversary Dirty Show.

In their rules was a cutoff date of nothing created before, as I recall, 2007.

 I emailed them and asked if they would make an acceptation to the rule and their response was, yes.

I put together a selection of 4 pieces, the maximum allowed and they chose one to be displayed.

So from February 6-14, 2009 Dud’s piece “Threesome” will be displayed at The Dirty Show in Detroit, Michigan.

“Threesome” measures 28“ x 6” and will be framed.
