I recently emailed an artist biography of Dud to a pair of charming ladies, Jordan and Samantha, the web mistresses of a site named Oysters & Chocolate.

They have chosen to feature Dud’s erotica in the “Gallery” section of their web site for June.  They obviously have extraordinary taste in erotica.  A fact they clearly demonstrated in their initial contact with me when they stated, “Your father’s work is delightful, cheeky, and fun.” Cheeky, I like that.

So keep an eye on the Oysters and Chocolate site in June and we’ll see what they come up with.

Today’s illustration was originally from one of Dud’s sketchbooks and I took some liberties with the layout, moving the title to the top and making the whole piece tall and narrow. As for what it has to do with Oysters & Chocolate, well, what better hors d’oveures could there be?

As for the book linked below, Inter Courses has been a staple in our kitchen for the ten years since it was originally published and it has an entire section devoted to both oysters and chocolate and many other erotic foods with recipes and other treats as well.
